Vertically Integrated Manufacturing
Founded in 2019 in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, TAICLET (丹阳市泰克莱特新材料技术有限公司) is one of China's few resistance band manufacturers that produces its own TPE raw material. This vertical integration gives us unmatched control over product quality, consistency, and cost.
Our name combines "Technology" and "Light" — reflecting our mission to bring advanced TPE material science to the fitness industry. What started as a material technology company has grown into a full-scale resistance band manufacturer serving brands across North America, Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
Today, we produce over 30 million bands annually for some of the top-selling resistance band brands on Amazon — though you'll never see our name on the package. That's the OEM advantage.

Quality Assurance
Every batch of resistance bands undergoes rigorous testing before shipment. Our in-house testing lab ensures consistent quality across millions of units.
Fatigue Testing
3x stretch, 12,000+ cycles without breaking. Every production batch is sampled and tested on our automated fatigue testing machine.
Tensile Strength
Pull-force testing ensures each resistance level matches its rated specification within ±5% tolerance.
Material Purity
Our self-produced TPE pellets are tested for consistency before every extrusion run. No recycled material, no filler.
RoHS Compliance
Independent lab testing (HAP Testing Service, Report #HAPER24040514) confirms all 10 hazardous substances are ND (Not Detected).
