Share Your Requirements
Day 1Tell us your product specs: band type, size, color, resistance level, logo design, packaging style, and target quantity. We'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Sample Development
Day 2-7We produce physical samples matching your specs. You'll receive them within 5-7 days for evaluation. Revisions included until you're satisfied.
Sample Approval & Order
Day 8-10Once you approve the sample, confirm the order quantity and pay the deposit (30% T/T). We schedule production immediately.
Mass Production
Day 11-30Full-scale production with in-process quality checks. Every batch is fatigue-tested (12,000 cycles) and tensile-tested. Photos/videos shared during production.
Quality Inspection & Shipping
Day 31-35Final QC inspection before packing. We arrange FOB Ningbo/Shanghai shipping. Full container (FCL) or less-than-container (LCL) available.
